She leads the People Strategy for North America and has supported hundreds of assignments across talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational design. Her capabilities also include people due diligence in Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp;A), and she is certified in several assessment tools widely used by Fortune 500 companies.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Seafood People, Chandra helped establish IntraFish Media\u2019s Leadership and Investor conference series.
