Recruited by Ryuji Ishii\u2014the pioneer of grab-and-go sushi in U.S. supermarkets\u2014Jeffery has steered AFC\u2019s expansion to nearly 5,000 locations across North America while overseeing its growth into Australia. Following the company\u2019s acquisition by Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2018, he assumed the CEO role. He successfully navigated global pandemic challenges, increasing sushi sales by over 1.5 times and doubling operating profit.
