Birthplace of former Notre Dame head coach Lou Holtz. At the age of 7, after watching one too many Jacque Cousteau episodes, Guy made his career decision, Marine Biology. Following high school, Guy graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a degree in Marine Biology. Following college, Guy worked as a fisheries observer in Alaska before moving to Florida where he worked for NMFS for 6 years as a field biologist. He started with Publix, running their seafood operations, in 1996. Guy lives in Lakeland, Fl with his wife Coleen, his two boys; Allesandro and Dominic, and two German Shepherd rescues; Gabbie and Odie.
