Robert Bleu has worked in the True World structure for over 30 years. True World Group is an investment company that owns True World Foods which supplies everything a sushi restaurant would need, starting with fresh fish and going down to take out trays, chop sticks, sushi knives and a sharpening service for said knives. TWG also owns a separate business Noble Village Group which owns Asian food markets, food halls, sushi restaurants and a Japanese Patisserie.
