Mark DiDomenico has been following trends in the Foodservice market for over 30 years, working for food manufacturers like Kellogg and Sara Lee, as well as research and insights providers like the NPD Group and Datassential. In his current role, Mark is leveraging his significant experience helping both manufacturers, distributors and operators develop strategies and tactics to support marketing and sales activities as well as new product development and innovation. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
