Judith Webster
Biography
Judith Webster is the Chief of the Strategic Enforcement Branch within Office of Trade. In her role, Ms. Webster leads CBP’s efforts to expand and enhance the environmental enforcement within the Agency, including those for IUU fishing. Ms. Webster has extensive experience in trade policy and analysis in Washington DC. She started her career as Analyst with Trade and Development Agency working to promote U.S. exports to emerging economies and then spent 7 years as an International Trade Analyst at the International Trade Commission, leading projects on U.S. competitiveness and AD/CVD investigations. Within CBP, she worked at the Pharmaceutical, Health and Chemicals (PHC) Center in NY for 6 years as an Analyst, specializing in enforcement issues.
