Josephine is a 10-year veteran of the seafood industry. She currently serves as Director of Category Management – Food for Delaware North. As one of the largest privately held hospitality and food service companies in the world, Delaware North has global operations at distinguished operations such as sports and entertainment venues, national and state parks, destination resorts and restaurants, airports, and regional casinos. In this role, Josephine supports procurement and strategic sourcing for all food and non-food disposable categories. She serves on the National Fisheries Institute’s Education subcommittee and was a recipient of Progressive Grocer’s 2017 Top Women in Grocery. Josephine holds a true passion for the food and culinary industry and spends her free time trying new seafood options and exploring recipes. She's also a mom to two dynamic girls, who of course have a love for eating seafood 2-3 times per week!
