Chuck Anderson is Vice President of Seafood Analytics. Seafood Analytics designs and builds systems to measure and monitor the quality of seafood and food products. Chuck works closely with clients to develop protocols, reporting and analysis tools to reduce shrink and provide solutions to everyday problems.
Chuck was an early pioneer of responsible and sustainable seafood sourcing while leading seafood operations for Ahold USA, Giant Food Stores, Stop & Shop, BI-LO supermarkets, and HEB. He continues to be a thought leader in the industry with regular presentations at Seafood Expo North America and other industry events. Chuck lives in Texas. He enjoys working with store-level seafood associates, fishing, camping, cooking seafood, and spending time with family.
