Adriana is the Responsible Seafood Strategy Director for Iberostar Hotels’ Wave of Change. In this role, she developed their Responsible Seafood Commitment and strategy to achieve 100% responsible seafood consumption in all Iberostar Hotels by 2025. She works closely with Iberostar’s purchasing team and their vendors to collect data on all seafood procurement and support improving sourcing.
Prior to joining Iberostar, Adriana was the Business Development Manager at Fair Trade and before that, the Sustainability Director at Sea Delight, LLC. A University of Florida graduate, Adriana is passionate about protecting seafood resources and supporting the current sustainable seafood movement while fostering partnerships with members of the seafood industry and other conservation groups to assist in the proper development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
