Sea Bass (Dicentrarchus labrax), is member of sea bass family (Moronidae) and it is known as Branzino , Loup de Mar, Lubina, Bar or Wolfsbarsch. The body of a sea bass is covered by large, regular scales. Its color varies considerably, depending on the fish's origin, ranging from dark grey, blue or green on the back to a white or pale yellow belly. The flanks are silver-blue, sometimes pale gold or bronze.
Sea Bream (Sparus aurata) is member of the Sparidae family and it is well known as Dorade, Orata and Gilthead. Its color is silver and its head in front and above its eyes is decorated with a bright golden arc where it is latin name comes from.
Meagre (Argyrosomus regius) is a fish ofthe family Sciaenidae. It is similar in form to a European seabass, with apearly-silver coloration and a yellow-coloured mouth. Length can range from 40or 50 cm to 2 m long, with weights up to 55 kg.
