The joint venture of Landauer Ltd and Tima Seafood Imports have launched a range of value-added shrimp products for distribution in the US retail market. The new line of oven-ready breaded shrimp, coconut shrimp, popcorn shrimp and tempura shrimp will be produced under the Johnny Seafood brand.
Landauer Ltd, trading since 1878, is aiming to harness a wealth of experience to deliver high-quality products for retail. All of the farm-raised shrimp is sourced from a 2-star BAP factory. The shrimp is hand-breaded, the coconut breading is made with real coconut flakes and the popcorn shrimp uses whole shrimp.
The Johnny Seafood product range will be on display during Seafood Expo North America 2020 at Landauer’s booth #613.
