Weather Updates for Seafood Expo North America

Tomorrow, Tuesday March 13, 2018, a snowstorm is expected in Boston.  The exposition will remain open as scheduled for regular hours, 10 am to 3 pm.  Event management is in close communication with the authorities, transportation, the building and contractors to monitor and evaluate the situation as it evolves. Please see below some helpful information for visitors and exhibitors:

Hotel arrangements:

If you anticipate any changes, please contact your hotel directly to make necessary arrangements.

Show Shuttle Service:

Due to weather conditions, we anticipate that shuttle service will be limited. Shuttle services will be adjusted to current weather guidelines. Please check this website for the most current updates.

For Exhibitors only:

The Greater Boston Food Bank:
Due to weather, the Greater Boston Food Bank will be arriving on Wednesday to retrieve donated products from the cold storage trailers only. Products left on the exhibit floor Tuesday evening will be disposed of unless it is brought to the cold storage on the loading dock.

Expect delays during move out. Freeman is prepared to return all empty crates by Wednesday morning, 8am. You may consider arranging your dismantle labor for Wednesday.
