By the submission of your proposal through our portal you are hereby committing to following,\u00a0IF<\/strong>\u00a0you are chosen by Diversified Communications (\u201cDiversified\u201d), operator of Seafood Expo Global and Seafood Processing Global (the \u201cEvent\u201d) to participate as a presenter:<\/p>

  1. You will conduct applicable preparation of materials for your presentation and participate in the Event as a presenter on the topic described in your proposal or otherwise determined by written confirmation of Diversified, who reserves the right to reject any materials it determines do not meet its requirements. If your materials are not timely submitted or do not satisfy Diversified in advance of the Event your presentation opportunity may be canceled.<\/li>
  2. You will deliver any materials required for your presentation to Diversified in advance and hereby affirm that you will have full rights to the materials used.\u00a0If you are using copyrighted materials developed by others including charts, graphs, images, proprietary video or audiotaped material you will obtain written permission from the copyright holder for reproduction and use and submit it to Diversified.<\/strong>\u00a0You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diversified, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees, costs and other expenses, incurred by Diversified on account of any act, omission, breach of this provision.<\/li>
  3. You grant Diversified the non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free and irrevocable right and license to:
    1. To use, copy, distribute, perform, record, publicly display, and create derivative or collective works worldwide from your appearance, presentation, and any documents related to your presentation, in all forms, including written, audio, video, and other electronic media, whether now known or hereafter created, both tangible and intangible (including but not limited to posting to the Diversified\u2019s websites) for the benefit of Event attendees and for all other legal purposes. Your right, title, and interest in and to the presentation and materials will be and shall remain your exclusive property, subject only to the license granted herein.<\/li>
    2. To use your name, likeness, voice, and biographical as well as other information provided to Diversified worldwide concerning you in connection with the distribution, performance, or public display of your presentation.<\/li>
    3. Diversified Agrees to provide strategic marketing promoting your participation as a presenter at the Event and to provide appropriate audio and visual equipment as may be reasonably required for your presentation.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>


      NOTE:\u00a0 It is required that you prepare and hand carry your final PC compatible presentation to the Event on a flash drive.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
