If you have participated in any of our exhibitions in previous years, or are due to participate in any of our events this year you are likely to be targeted.<\/p><p>If you reply to a faxed letter or an email request from any of these companies to update your directory listing you may be locked into an automatically renewing three (3) year contract for an annual charge that could be US$1,700 or more (GBP 980 or EU 995). Before responding to any solicitation you should carefully read the entire document and if you are in doubt do not respond. If you are a US business and have a complaint or concern about an unsolicited email or fax from one of these companies you can contact your local Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission in Washington DC. If you are an EU based business you can contact your local Consumer Rights office and the EU Consumer Rights office.
