What To Expect Onsite

Since this situation remains fluid, we will be adapting and expanding our plans. Our protocols will reflect the most current advice and best practices, so please check our website regularly for updates:

Health and Safety

  • On April 20, Spanish authorities will lift the mask requirement except in certain settings like in public transportation, care homes and hospital and other health centers. Therefore, mask wearing at the Expo will no longer be required. More details will be shared as they become available.
  • Physical distancing measures in accordance with local & venue regulations
  • Increased hand sanitizer stations throughout


Clean Environments

  • Enhanced deep cleaning before, during and after the event
  • Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas
  • Catering will employ the highest standard of food safety


Emergency Protocols

  • Communication plan with event security, local officials, hospitals & healthcare providers
  • Protocol aligned with local government and health authority advice
