PhD in Food Quality and Safety specialized in microbiology, food quality and valorization of food derived by-products by solid state and submerged fermentation. Currently working in the Efficient and Sustainable Processes area at AZTI, involved in European, national and regional projects focused on the food industry sustainability, specifically on the management, valorization and recovery of food by-products through hydrolysis and fermentation
