Carolyne Holland is a Technical manager from the UK with over 30 years’ experience in the food industry working within ready meals, desserts and Seafood. Carolyne has  worked with leading manufacturing sites and businesses to maintain the highest standards and to implement continuous improvements, both internally and with suppliers, in collaboration with major retailers. Carolyne Holland is the Technical Manager for  Seafresh Group and is  responsible for the product safety and integrity for the UK and US Seafood supply chains, including the development of electronic traceability as a key tool for protecting seafood supply chains and associated product attributes.
