He holds a master\u2019s degree in Leadership, innovation and market from UiT, the Arctic University of Norway. Skaug is the chairman of the Bukta Troms\u00f8 Open Air Festival, amongst other board positions. He also has over a decade of experience as a revue producer and director, and several years as an improvisational actor with former Norwegian improv champions \u201cGratis \u00f8l\u201d.
