With a strong focus on sustainability, The Fish Farmer operates using recycled materials and renewable solar energy, and adheres to international standards including ISO 22000, EcoVadis Platinum, GAP, BizSafe, and ASC\/MSC certifications. Malcolm brings a unique blend of engineering, business, and consumer-focused insights to aquaculture. His approach emphasizes natural farming methods that result in high-quality fish with ocean-fresh taste and firm texture, appealing to a wide range of cuisines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduated from the National University of Singapore with an engineering degree and later earned an MBA from the University of Bradford, UK, Malcolm is deeply invested in sustainable food systems and consumer access to locally farmed seafood.
