Fluent in Mandarin, he brings deep expertise in the Chinese business landscape as well as for Atlantic salmon and the broader seafood value chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining Nordic Aqua, Mr. Thorud served as China Director for the Norwegian Seafood Council, where he oversaw the Council&#8217;s nationwide market development and trade promotion activities.
