Marcel has been part of BAADER since 2008, working in the fish processing industry with a strong focus on sales for both fish and poultry processing solutions. Over the years, he has held various roles within the company – from Project Management and Technical Sales to Sales Management, Product Management, and ultimately Managing Director for BAADER Asia in Singapore.
He began his journey at BAADER’s headquarters in Lübeck, Germany, and moved to Denmark in 2013 to expand his expertise within BAADER’s Poultry Division. Since 2018, he has been based in Singapore, where he plays a key role in driving Sales and Marketing activities across the Asian region.
Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from Germany, he has always been passionate about combining engineering insight with commercial strategy to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys running to recharge and stay balanced.
