Tommy’s Seafood, founded in 1982, is a gulf seafood processor located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The factory is approximately 30,000 square-feet and is divided into multiple workshops including but not limited to wild-caught head-on & head-off shrimp, live & cleaned frozen blue crab, oyster shell-stock & shucked oyster meat production and further processed foods such as crab cakes, shrimp cakes, entrées and sauces.
